Main Usage
Cationic polyacrylamide emulsion will be used in industrial and city wastewater treatment as flocculant and sludge dewatering. In papermaking factory it can used as enhancer agent, retention aid and help consider agent. In oilfield, it can be used as anti-swelling agent and thickening agent.
Multicipal wastewater treatment flocculant: Cationic polyacrylamide emulsion shows electropositivity in acid or alkaline medium. So it is extremely effective in flocculationg, precipitating and clarifying those suspended particles in those wastewaters including high and low concentration of wastewater.
Waterworks wastewater treatment flocculant: cationic polyacrylamide emulsion are with the advantage of small dosage, good effect, low price, etc, especially use together with inorganic flocculants.
Sludge dewartering for industrial wastewater treatment: suitable ion degree product will be selected by the nature of the sludge, it can be compressed and dewatered before sewage into the pressure filtration. In the process of dewatering, floc are produced large, solid, tack with little dosage and high dewatering efficiency, the mud moisture will be less than 80%.
Papermaking additives: cationic polyacrylamide emulsion are used as papermaking additives with the function of enhancement, retention and filtration, it can effectively improve the strength and quality of paper to low up the cost.
Oilfield chemcial agents: Such as anti-swelling agen, thickening agent for oilfield acidification, etc.
Packaging and storage
25kg plastic bucket or 1000kg plastic bucket or as required. Product should be stored away from light in a dry, ventilated, temperature at 10-30 degree place, shelf life of 6 months.
