Early Strength Agent
KC-ZQL coagulation accelerator and early strength agent liquid. KC-ZQL coagulation accelerator is modified by inorganic early-strength materials. By changing the structure of C-S-H, the composition of water phase ions can be changed to accelerate cement hydration, shorten the thickening time, and improve the early strength of cement stone.

Overview
Suitable for conventional density and high density cement slurry system.
Applicable temperature range: 30~150ºC.
The strength of cement stone develops rapidly.
To thicken the cement slurry, a small amount of dispersant can be added appropriately.
It is suitable for water distribution and has no special requirements on the water quality of the slurry.
Application
Cement slurry density: 1.30-2.6 g / cm3
Cement: API grade cement
Mix water: fresh water, sea water, salt water (including saturated salt water)
Usage
General dosage: 0.2-2.0% (bwoc)
Usage: blended with cement or added to mix water
Precautions
Wear protective glasses and rubber gloves when adding. If it splashes into eyes or skin contact, wash it with water in time. If there is serious discomfort, get a doctor nearby.
Shelf life
Validity: 2 years. Beyond the shelf life, inspection shall be conducted before use to confirm whether it is available.
Packaging and storage
Packed in 25kg bags, or according to customer requirements.
The shelf life is 18 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it can only be used after passing the inspection. It should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse to avoid sun and rain. It is recommended that the stacking height of bags should not exceed 8 layers.
