Expanding Additives
KC-PZF gas-producing expander powder. KC-PZF gas-generating expansion agent is modified by gas-generating agent, coating agent, foam stabilizer, etc. It produces micro-bubbles through cement hydration reaction, which are evenly distributed in the cement slurry system, effectively compensating for cement “gelling weight loss” And “reduction of hydration volume” cause pressure drop and increase cement ring bonding strength.
Product Description
Overview
Suitable for medium and low temperature conventional density cement slurry system.
Applicable temperature range: 30~70ºC.
The gas generation is stable, the bubbles are small and evenly distributed, and the gas generation time can be adjusted.
Does not affect cement slurry thickening time, rheology, free water and other properties.
Suitable for dry mixing.

Packaging and storage
Packed in 25kg bags, or according to customer requirements.
The shelf life is 18 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it can be used only after passing the inspection. It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse to avoid sun and rain. It is recommended that the bag stacking height does not exceed 8 layers.
