Scope of application
This product is suitable for all kinds of silicate cement. It should be used in combination with the water-reducing polycarboxylate water reducing agent mother liquor under normal temperature conditions. The mixing ratio is generally 8:2. According to the demand, the mixing ratio is determined experimentally and effectively adapted. The fresh concrete with small slump, small expansion and poor flow performance can effectively overcome the phenomenon of “catch bottom” and “slab knot” of fresh concrete.
Instructions
When it is prepared with the mother liquor of ordinary polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, it is generally prepared according to the dosage of 8:2. The dosage of the prepared mother liquor is 0.3% to 0.5% of the cementing material, if the dosage of the water reducing agent is 1.5. % calculation, the amount of the herbicide is 3%-6% of the water reducing agent, and the dosage adjustment is in principle followed (the quality of the concrete raw materials and the concrete design requirements are up and down), the retention agent and water reduction The agent is formulated into an aqueous solution.
The water-reducing rate of this product is low, and the water-reducing effect is not seen in the initial slurry and the fitting. However, after 0.5h and 1h, the slump is slowly released to achieve good moisture retention performance.
In the preparation of admixtures, other retarding components are added depending on the conditions and retardation requirements. In case of special circumstances, in the case of a large amount of the product, a certain retarder may be appropriately added to be compounded with the product. Reduce the cost of this product by appropriately reducing the amount of this product.
In the course of use, this product must be verified by experiments for different engineering materials. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the concrete setting time to avoid excessive setting time and affect construction.
Packaging and storage
This product is liquid, plastic drum, 1 ton / barrel or 200KG / barrel; the shelf life is one year, can be used after passing the inspection.
